What is Covered?
Lunara™ Sleep, LLC warrants the Lunara™ Wellness Pillow and the custom pillowcase to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 90 days from the date of original purchase.
What Lunara™ Will Do?
If a valid warranty claim, including necessary images and proof of defects is made, Lunara™ will replace the product. Your sole and exclusive remedy is limited to replacement of the product.
How Long Does Coverage Last?
This Limited Warranty lasts 90 days from the date of shipping. All warranty claims must be made within 90 days from the date of shipping. You will receive an email with confirmation of shipping to be used in the return process.
What is Not Covered?
This warranty only covers defects in material and workmanship. It does not cover damage or failure resulting from the passage of time, use, misuse, abuse or normal wear and tear. For example, this warranty does not cover discoloration, stains, loss of resiliency, punctures, tears or abrasions. Surface imperfections or slight irregularities not affecting quality or function and which do not affect the structural integrity of the product are not covered by this Limited Warranty.
EXCEPT AS PROVIDED HEREIN LUNARA™ SLEEP, LLC. MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND/OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IF THERE IS A DEFECT IN MATERIAL OR WORKMANSHIP, YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY IS LIMITED TO REPLACEMENT OF THE PRODUCT. ANY WARRANTIES IMPLIED BY LAW ARE LIMITED TO 90 DAYS FROM THE PURCHASE. LUNARA™ SLEEP, LLC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF THIS PRODUCT.
Your Rights Under State Law
Some states do not permit limitation or exclusion of implied warranties or of incidental or consequential damages and, therefore, the limitation(s) or exclusion(s) above may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other legal rights that vary from state to state.
Warranty Service and Claims
To obtain replacement under this warranty, you must have your original receipt as proof of the date of sale, and you must obtain a return authorization by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Lunara™ Sleep, LLC reserves the right to request the product in question be sent to us for examination at the customer’s expense. If the product is found to have a defect in material or workmanship covered by this Limited Warranty, Lunara™ Sleep, LLC. will ship a replacement for the defective product free of charge. All warranty claims must be made within 90 days from the date of original shipping to you.
For purchases from www.lunarasleep.com in the event you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return any used or unused merchandise within 30 days (from shipment to you) for refund. Lunara™ cannot accept returns of merchandise purchased from other retailers. If your product was not purchased at www.lunarasleep.com, please contact the retailer where the Lunara™ Wellness Pillow was purchased for information on their return policies.
Please follow these detailed instructions to ensure an easy return process:
Request a return merchandise authorization (RMA) by emailing email@example.com within 30 days from date of shipping to you.
Indicate the reason for your return request.
Provide the original order number.
You will receive an RMA along with the return shipping address and instructions by email within 1-2 business days.
Products must be returned in original packaging and include all parts.
You must include the original receipt to receive a refund.
Lunara™ does not provide prepaid postage labels. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping and insuring the return merchandise.
Lunara™ will not issue a refund for any returns that are lost in the return process. Please obtain shipping confirmation at the time of shipping.
After we receive your return package, please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to be processed and credited back to the original method of payment. Please note banks and credit cards may take longer to post funds to your account. We will confirm the return via email.
